A label must match the evidence.

No inspection recorded.

There are no QIA findings for this device. Photos and supplier descriptions are not an inspection.

Inspection pending

Checks still to do.

The inspection is being arranged or remains incomplete. No verified claim is made.

Inspected, findings available

Read the findings.

Test results and limitations have been recorded. A device can have disclosed faults and still have an inspection report.

Verified against QIA criteria

Evidence reviewed. Sign-off recorded.

The recorded checks meet the defined criteria and an authorised QIA reviewer has signed off the report.

WHAT WE CHECK

More than the outside.

Model and specification, battery, screen, touch, buttons, cameras, audio, connections, charging and physical condition. Official manufacturer checks are recorded where applicable and available.

Every report states the test method, date, inspector, findings, disclosed defects and limits. Full serial numbers and IMEIs are not shown publicly.

What “Verified” means here

Identity and specifications pass the recorded checks. No applicable recorded check fails. Every check has a result, method and finding; items marked not applicable need a reason. Battery findings and defects are disclosed. An owner sign-off completes the report.

It is a point-in-time QIA inspection, not OEM certification, a guarantee of ownership, a blacklist check, a promise of future performance or an automatic warranty. Warranty terms are stated separately in writing.
