Compare the model and serial shown in settings with the device and receipt. Ask who owns it and for proof that the seller can sell it. A copied serial can look valid.
Ask the owner to remove their account locks properly. Do not buy a device you cannot activate or sign into. Do not ask QIA to bypass someone else’s account.
Try the screen, keys, ports, WiFi, audio, camera and charging. Ask about battery condition, repairs and missing parts. Check the exact specs, not just the product name.
Get the price, condition, warranty provider and returns terms in writing. Manufacturer coverage does not prove ownership, guarantee condition or replace a seller’s terms.

Check edition, region and any extended-support arrangement. These links are sources to consult, not an automatic check of your installed software.
CURRENT MODELS & SPECS
Compare the exact model and region. Manufacturer pages show their current range; availability at QIA is confirmed separately.
External pages may ask you to choose a country or sign in. QIA is not endorsed by these brands.
