MY TECH · OPEN TO EVERYONE
Know your tech.
Stay a step ahead.
Check a device. Keep important dates. Find help—even if you bought it somewhere else.
START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW
A model, a code,
or a little guidance.
Enter a model number, serial number or phone IMEI. We check the format and show where the maker can check the device.
A GOOD PLACE TO START
Find your device details.
On a phone, look under Settings → About. On a Windows PC, look under Settings → System → About. For a Mac, open About This Mac.
A matching number does not prove a device is genuine, safe to buy or free of finance or ownership restrictions.
A manufacturer may show the model, support or warranty. A serial or IMEI alone cannot prove ownership, give a complete repair history or locate a device. Warranty and service availability vary by country.
LOST A DEVICE?
Go to the owner’s
official finding tools.
Sign in with your own account. Finding a device depends on its settings, account and the maker’s service. QIA cannot locate it from an IMEI.
Use these tools only for devices you own or are authorised to manage. QIA never needs your account password. Do not confront someone at a reported location.
NO TECH WORDS REQUIRED
Tell us the job.
We’ll explain the details.
Get a short checklist to help compare options. Already know your model? Use the device check or visit the shop.
What do the specs mean?
Memory (RAM): room for apps to work at the same time.
Storage: room for files and installed apps. An SSD is a type of storage.
Processor: the part that does the computing. Compare the exact model, not just a name such as “i7.”
Battery: ask about real use and condition, especially on a used device.
Check whether an update, repair, battery replacement or extra storage would solve the problem first. Ask QIA if you need a second opinion.
MY DEVICES
One place for the
details you forget.
Keep a record of any device. These records stay in this browser unless you export or choose to share them. They do not prove ownership or track live location.
Keep exports private. Browser records may be lost if you clear site data or change devices. Reminders saved with QIA are separate from these browser records.
A SMALL NUDGE. AT THE RIGHT TIME.
Remember the date.
Choose what happens next.
Plan software renewals, warranty reviews, backups and device checks. A repeat schedule repeats a review, not a purchase. Nothing renews or spends money for you.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
One date. Clear choices.
Reminder milestones: 30 days, 7 days, 1 day and the due date. Monthly reviews skip the 30-day notice. Missed notices and past repeat cycles are skipped.
You choose whether to renew, repair, update or do nothing. Change the date when your plan changes.
Dates are supplied by you. Software support dates must be checked with the provider. No automatic diagnosis or product-expiry claim is made.
Confirm your email reminder
Activate the reminder you requested. You can stop it at any time.
USEFUL BEFORE YOU BUY. USEFUL AFTER.
Keep it working.
Keep the choice yours.
