Enquiry information
The enquiry builder processes the details you enter in your browser and lets you download or copy a brief. It does not send your contact-form details automatically or save those fields to browser storage. The setup builder temporarily stores your selections in this browser session to carry them to the enquiry page, then removes that stored draft. Setup details are not placed in the page URL. Your downloaded copy remains under your control.
What to include
Provide only the information needed to describe your technology requirement. Do not include passwords, payment card information, sensitive identity records or confidential customer data.
Cookies and analytics
This website adds no advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process connection records needed to serve the website and may use session mechanisms for access controls.
Contact and changes
QIA Tech is a brand of QUANTUM INTEL AFRICA LTD, RC 8145019. Any future connected enquiry service will explain its collection, use, storage and contact arrangements before information is submitted. Review this page when using a new contact channel.

Shopping and order requests
Your bag stays in page memory and clears when you reload. WhatsApp opens with the item details; you decide whether to send the message. WhatsApp and Jumia handle information under their own policies when you use them.
Website ordering is available only when a receiving service is connected. It uses your name, email, optional phone and chosen items to record a request. A reference confirms that the request was saved; it does not confirm payment, stock reservation or delivery. Keep the private code secure. The current local preview stores test requests on this computer and is not a public customer inbox.
Owner-uploaded stock photos are published with the listing. The studio resizes and re-encodes uploaded photos before saving. Use photos you have permission to publish and avoid including personal documents or unrelated people.
My Tech and reminders
Code-format checks run in this page. QIA does not receive, store or automatically send the entered IMEI or serial to a manufacturer. Device records are saved to this browser only when you choose “Save on this device.” They contain a name, model, optional last four serial characters and dates you enter. You can remove records or export them; exported files are under your control.
A QIA reminder request uses your name, email, item label, reminder type, date and permission record. Reminders require confirmation. Local preview confirmation is labelled as a test and does not prove ownership of an email address. Live email reminders require email confirmation and a configured delivery service. No contact list is enrolled automatically and reminder permission does not include marketing.
The private code lets you see, change, stop or delete a reminder. Keep it secure. Deletion removes the reminder and its contact and queue records from this service; messages already handed to an email provider or saved by you cannot be recalled. In local preview, records are stored privately on this computer. Before public email activation, QIA must set its retention, provider and contact arrangements.
Location tools are external services operated by the device maker. QIA receives no location from these links and does not request account passwords. Device dates are supplied by you unless separately checked with the provider.
